Valley Machining in Rock Valley, IA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Relations Associate to join our team. As a Customer Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

Job Location: Rock Valley, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a friendly and timely manner
Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and understanding
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional service to customers
Good computer skills - will require frequent use of ERP software, email, and MS Office products
