Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate centerless grinders to produce precision parts
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Position available for day or night shift ($4 per hour night shift premium)

Qualifications:

Experience a plus; willing to train
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
