As a Customer Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

Job Location: Rock Valley, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a friendly and timely manner
• Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and understanding
• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing exceptional service to customers
• Good computer skills - will require frequent use of ERP software, email, and MS Office products
